This riesling was carefully blended from three different blocks within the Avon Brae Vineyard resulting in a wine of elegance and complexity. It is pale straw in colour showing citrus blossom and sherbet on the nose. There is a generosity of fruit on the palate revealing luscious lime juice and lemon with perfect acid balance providing a clean finish.
